Lisa and Rhonda were the best hotel customer service staff I've come across. I've stayed in many hotels and have high expectations, and they met them. The rooms were the cleanest I've ever seen, with high ceilings and lovely decor that carries through the hotel. Walking in really took my breath away. It's a one-of-a-kind place in small-town Gering, Nebraska. I've told lots of people about it and will definitely stay again. I'd recommend it 20/10 if I'm ever in the area.

The room was very nice, and the bed was so comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left. The hotel already has a beautiful everyday atmosphere, and the holiday decorations made it even lovelier.

Tasteful, classy, and nicely done. The best place to stay around here!

10/10
The staff were really nice and helpful, and the hotel is nicely decorated. I liked having several room layouts to choose from, and the rooms themselves were nice. The location was fine, though it was almost industrial. A lot of Scottsbluff seemed to mix industrial, commercial, and residential areas right next to each other.

We had the jumbo suite, and it lived up to expectations. This is such a distinctive, gorgeous place, and the staff were amazing. Definitely worth the money and the stay. Highly recommend!
