I've stayed here many times over the past 2.5 years, for visits ranging from one to three weeks, and I keep coming back mainly for the friendly staff and clean rooms. Everyone is accommodating with requests. Julie, the general manager, is always lovely to talk to and asks about my day. She works tirelessly to keep the place in good shape. Freddy, who leads housekeeping, keeps things running well; my rooms have always been tidy. I've only noticed very minor wear, such as small chips in the shower tray or a heater control panel cover that doesn't quite fit. That's understandable wear and tear. The hotel is listed as 2 stars, but I think it's better than most of the 3-star places nearby. I looked around the area before choosing it, and it's great value in a convenient spot just off the 41. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby, and Menomonee falls is a short drive away. The entrance is bright and airy, and there's iced water available. The lift works well and is clean; I mostly take the stairs, which are clean too. The pool area is tidy, with a water fountain, a great pool, and a hot tub right beside it. The gym is small but usable, with a treadmill, bike, dumbbells, medicine balls, scales, and a TV. The washer and dryer work fine, though one washer has been broken for a long time. That's not a big problem, since two or three laundromats are only a short drive away. Breakfast is free, and free coffee and tea are available all day from flasks that are replenished. Many thanks to all the staff, especially Julie, Freddy, Jermaine, and the lovely breakfast woman whose name I don't know.

The stay was clean and pleasant, and breakfast was good and free. My only issue was with Trivago, where we booked. I edited my reservation to add a night, but they made a separate booking instead, so I ended up paying double for two nights because the reservations couldn't be refunded. Be careful when changing a reservation through Trivago.

It's an easy walk to Starbucks, Panda Express, Burger King, Taco Bell, and other places, so food is close at hand. The breakfast is amazing as always, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The front desk helps out with towels, directions, or any problems. Housekeeping is great too, friendly and willing to go out of their way. My room was very clean and smelled fresh, like it had just come from the laundry. I'd recommend staying here, and I think you'll have a pleasant visit like I did.

It's in a quiet part of town, and the pool was nice. Breakfast was good, the rooms were clean, the beds were great, and the shower area was a nice size. The staff were very friendly, especially the young man who helped us.

I drive a truck and have stayed here often because it's close to work. My earlier visits were good, but after not being here for about three months, I found the place had gone downhill quickly. I won't stay again, and I wish I hadn't booked the whole week. Take the drive and stay in Brookfield instead. The room had no closet or dresser, which was a pain for a weeklong stay. There were visible footprints on the floor, and the shower didn't look good, so I bought cleaning supplies and scrubbed it myself. The elevator was disgusting, with filthy floors and walls. The laundry machines reeked of mildew, and one washer was still out of order, just as it had been six months ago. Getting quarters was a hassle too: first I was told they couldn't sell me a roll, then the guy at the desk said he had less than a dollar's worth. When I walked in, there was a strong mold or mildew smell, with some kind of air freshener trying to cover it. It was pretty bad.
