Extended Stay America Suites Washington DC Germantown Town C

My stay has been peaceful and quiet for the most part, and I've stayed at this Extended Stay before. The staff have been amazing: respectful, patient, and always ready to help. Sheila is so sweet, kind, and gentle, and it's always a pleasure talking with her. Eli takes time to check in and help with questions or concerns. Mohammed has been a big help more than once and is always smiling. Noah has helped a lot too, as has Lucan, if I'm remembering his name right. Everyone has shown kindness, respect, patience, and a willingness to help in different ways. I've enjoyed staying here.

The fitness center and pool were top-notch, and the room was spotless, stylish, and well equipped. What stood out most was the warm, attentive staff. They made me feel welcome, almost like family. An unforgettable stay.

The manager still hasn't returned any of my calls. There's always a meeting, apparently. The photos I took show the problem, and denying it won't change the evidence. I'm calling the health department with those pictures and videos. There were 30 stink bugs tucked into the curtain folds and between the curtain layers, with more in the kitchen area and by the bed. People in several neighboring units mentioned similar problems. It was disgusting, and management should be ashamed to have given out a room in that condition. They'll probably reply with a generic message saying they're disappointed, but they won't be anywhere near as disappointed as I was. The room was also filthy and damaged when I arrived. I had low expectations because of the price, but they still surprised me with how little effort and care they showed.

I had a good work stay. The workspace was comfortable, and the internet helped me stay productive. Having a kitchenette made it easier to prepare healthy meals, and the location was convenient to my work sites. Helpful staff added to the business-friendly feel.
