Holiday Inn Express Wichita North - Park City by IHG

The short lady who checked me in was mean and hateful, but the other woman at the front desk and the rest of the staff were so kind. The rooms were really clean, the beds comfortable, and they have everything you need. I’ll be going back.

The complimentary breakfast had delicious biscuits and gravy. I was very happy with my stay and would highly recommend it.

We were only in town for one night, and the hotel was great. Check-in and checkout were quick, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a decent size. The air conditioning was welcome during the hottest week of the month. Breakfast was very good, better than a typical continental spread, and about what we expect from Holiday Inn: eggs, meat, biscuits and gravy, fruit, and yogurt. The pancake machine was broken, but we wouldn’t have known if nobody had pointed it out since we weren’t looking for pancakes. I liked that they offered containers for taking food to go. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is the weak water pressure. I don’t know if it’s hotel-wide or just certain floors, but it’s the one thing that could have made our stay better.

The staff were cheerful and wonderful, from the front desk to breakfast and housekeeping. I don’t know how they manage it, but after a long drive it was much appreciated. Check-in service was good, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The bedroom was tidy, with a cozy bed, a big-screen TV, and a quiet setting. Breakfast was the basic Holiday Inn Express offering, served in a clean, well-kept area, and Leah and Liz were especially kind and welcoming. The ladies at the front desk were helpful and courteous.
