The owners were warm and greeted us with a smile, and we enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean, with great water pressure, and the ice machine was nicely updated. The location worked well too, right by a Dairy Queen and close to the Gettysburg war monument.

Nothing fancy, but it’s a decent little spot. The staff seemed nice, and the rooms were pretty clean. There’s no breakfast, which is understandable at this price. It’s close to pretty much everything you’d want in Gettysburg. I’d stay again, provided it stays maintained.

We paid for three nights and stayed zero, after having to cancel our weeklong road trip stop at the last minute because of complications with my husband’s work schedule. We booked all the stays under the same cancellation policy, and every other place let us cancel. This was the only one that refused to cancel or refund our money. I might feel differently if the others had also said no, but they didn’t. The staff were absolutely rude. When I asked to speak to the general manager, they basically said, “I can do their job as good as them, I know what they will tell you.” Awful customer service. They told us their motto was “take it or lose it.” Do not book with this place. If I could give them a zero, I would.

A very clean, affordable place, and everything in the room worked. It had nice floors, a couch, and a decent sized mini fridge. The woman in the office, who I assume is the owner, was really nice. She made sure our friends got the next room, then noticed us heading out the following afternoon and asked if we needed anything. We asked for towels, and they were there when we got back.
