The Brafferton Inn

Brian and AmyBeth made us feel right at home. They’re two of the nicest people, and did a great job making us feel welcome. We were given a suite upgrade and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast both mornings of our two-night stay. Our daughter and future son-in-law gave us the stay as a Christmas present. We stayed February 8-10, 2026, and can’t imagine finding a nicer place. We loved it and will definitely return!

We’ve stayed at the Brafferton Inn for several anniversaries over the years, and the experience has been consistently lovely. Our favorite is the Brafferton Suite, and we like being able to add the meat, cheese, and strawberries packages. The rooms are beautiful, the food is great, and the staff are kind, professional, and personal in their service. It’s also well located, with easy parking. We plan to keep coming back when we visit Gettysburg.

We felt at home at the Brafferton Inn and are already looking forward to another visit. Brian and Amy were wonderful hosts, attentive to every detail, and knew the area well enough to suggest things to do. The inn is centrally located, with restaurants and attractions within walking distance. We stayed in the Lincoln Suite, which had a sitting area and its own Keurig, handy for an early start or an afternoon break. Breakfast was delicious, and the homemade afternoon cookies and designated parking made the weekend after Thanksgiving easy and comfortable. It was a great experience and value.

After sightseeing, The Brafferton Inn was a relaxing place to come back to. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful, with plenty of ideas for outings and places to eat. Breakfast had delicious pastries and fruit, with a few serving times to fit morning plans. The location made it easy to walk to shops, pubs, and restaurants, and parking nearby was easy. Our room was quiet, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a double sink and Jacuzzi tub.
