The view was just a wall from the next building, and the room felt dated, basic, and worn, though it was clean. The bathroom fan didn't work, and housekeeping missed the room and fresh towels after the first night. I mentioned both issues politely at the desk, and the staff member apologized. I said I was fine without more towels for the last night since I still had one clean one. Breakfast was ordinary chain-hotel fare, okay and better than nothing. At over $250 a night for a king room, I don't think this was good value. The hotel's closeness to downtown Gig Harbor may be why they think they can charge that much, but I won't stay here again.

The location was a real plus, close to plenty of things while still quiet and tucked away, and the staff were friendly and quick. The room was another story. We didn't even want to put our bags on the couch because it was one of the dirtiest I've seen in a long time. Some finishes looked like they'd been updated, but the room walls and dark hallways were rough. I wanted to like the place, but I wouldn't stay again.

The calm, peaceful feel made it easy to unwind, and the mini gym was a nice bonus. My room was clean and practical, with what I needed to get comfortable after a long day. Breakfast was a highlight too, especially the cooked food and Breakfast Burritos. Most of all, the staff made the stay: everyone was warm and friendly, and Chris at reception deserves a special mention for being so helpful. I felt welcome throughout and would gladly stay again when I'm in the area.

The rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. It's also just minutes from the harbor, so the location works well for Gig Harbor. The front office staff were friendly, considerate, accommodating, and genuinely pleasant. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

The morning atmosphere was so soothing, and the breakfast was top notch. Liam clearly takes pride in it. Getting to the freeway is quick, and this will be our first choice in Gig Harbor.
