Humphrie’s Bar and Grill is worth a stop if you’re in the area. It had a great atmosphere and friendly staff. Our stay in Gilette, Wyoming was great too: we arrived around 7 PM, got a king suite, and the front desk attendant was very friendly. The room was VERY clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and we never heard a peep outside. The hot breakfast was okay. We’d definitely stay again.

I was assigned the room at 9 PM, then left for work at 4:30 AM. When I got back at 7 PM, my things had been packed up by the manager and I’d been moved to another room. The food had not been kept cold, so I had to throw away $20 worth. My $1,000 Gucci glasses had been placed face down in a bowl, their Gucci case was gone, and a brand new 10' charging cord and phone charging box had disappeared too, another $30 worth. The manager was rude on the phone and acted like it was my employer’s fault. I wouldn’t have stayed if my employer weren’t paying. You shouldn’t move someone’s belongings out of a room you assigned them without permission. The manager’s behavior was ridiculous. I’ll never stay here again and recommend you don’t either.

The rooms were quaint, with plenty of space, and I really liked the whole environment and decor. Cleanliness is a big priority for me, and everything was VERY clean. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. We were moving and stopped late for just one night. If we’d had time, we would’ve stayed longer and enjoyed the pool, which looked clean. We try to pick places where the kids can swim. My only two suggestions are to improve the bedding and coffee: the sheets felt rough, even for my kids, and I ended up throwing the coffee away.

The room was huge, clean, and had cozy, comfortable beds for a very acceptable price. The staff were amazing, easily the most professional and friendly I’ve come across. Well done.
