I’ve never left a comment before, but Dennis at the front desk deserves recognition. He went above and beyond to get us extra linens and make sure we were comfortable during our stay. He was accommodating, kind, and professional, and his outstanding service made a real difference. We really appreciated the extra effort.

Carlos at the front desk was amazing and gave excellent service. We stayed two nights and had a great time. The lobby snack shop was perfect for late-night snacks, and the room was clean and comfortable. I especially liked that the TV had streaming services, everything worked, and it was easy to use. The AC got really cold, which I love. We didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub, but I liked having them available.

For an overnight road trip stop, the hotel works well: the room was clean and comfortable, there was plenty of parking, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was the letdown. It isn’t free, and I expected more than Hampton Inn’s free breakfast, but it was worse. Getting an omelette cooked to order cost extra, which was disappointing. If you plan to eat breakfast, stay somewhere else or go out for it.

The staff were amazing with our family, friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating. There was a dirty box of bar soap in the bathroom, though. Thanks for the stay, Gilroy Garden Inn!

8/10
The room was comfortable, the TV had streaming services, and the AC kept the temperature just right. It was very quiet, about a 3/10 for noise, so I slept well. For the price, it’s a solid stay. A few small things could be better: the shower pressure was way too strong, the trash can had no bag, which felt unhygienic, and hand soap and other toiletries weren’t fully stocked when I arrived. None of it was a deal-breaker, but I noticed.
