Super 8 by Wyndham Youngstown/Girard

The room was filthy, with visible bed bugs and other insects. Towels and blankets were dirty, the sink was broken, and the shower didn’t work. The heater blew air so dangerously hot that I had to leave the room. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The neglect here is unacceptable and could seriously affect guests’ health. I can’t consider this place suitable to stay in under any circumstances. If comfort and safety matter to you, don’t book it. It’s disappointing that Super 8 lets a location of this quality operate under its name.

This was the worst motel I’ve stayed in. There was dried vomit in the sink, cigarette burns in the blankets, dirt in the room, and dead flies all over the windowsill. People and young kids in dirty diapers screamed all night. The advertised continental breakfast wasn’t provided, and the kitchen where it was supposed to be smelled like rotten fish. The advertising was false. Do not stay here!

I was so tired I stayed, though I nearly left in the middle of the night. The little sleep I managed was fully clothed, and even after a long shower I still felt disgusting. I would have rather thrown $90 out the window and slept in my truck. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It was easily the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room stank of smoke, the bathroom was filthy, the furniture looked like it came from Goodwill, and the towels looked like they’d been picked up on the roadside.

The bathroom mirror was unbelievably dirty, and bugs were flying around. I’ve never been in a room this disgusting and dirty. They take no pride in their service. Never again!
