The restaurant's waitress and bartender were quick and polite, and the people here are kind and friendly. The office staff are always around and ready to help. The gift shop ladies are wonderful at their jobs, whether they're pausing to help a little girl find a Christmas present or just chatting with a shopper. Riverwalk is a beautiful spot, and I'll be back soon.

We were a bridal party of 8, and all had the best time. The room was beautiful and clean, the restaurant staff were friendly and quick, and the food was delicious. The shop was cute and packed with little gems. I had a deep tissue massage and a pedicure, and the staff were both friendly and very proficient. Definitely recommend them for an occasion like this.

I got away by myself for a night and had the best sleep I've had in ages. The rooms were very clean, and the whole place was fantastic, from the dining area to the salon. I'll definitely be back.

We liked the location, and the restaurant was nice overall. Our room's TV was broken, though, and nobody was at the front desk after we checked in. There was an after-hours number posted, and we didn't call it, so that part was on us. Still, for a higher-end hotel that isn't cheap, I'd expect the room to have been checked, especially since we booked several hours ahead. They said they'd call about the problem, but we never heard anything. It's a small, dumb issue, but I'm more annoyed that nobody seemed concerned about making it right.

The spa is fantastic, the restaurant food is incredible, and the suites feel like my home away from home. I've managed to visit Riverwalk twice a year for the past few years, and I love coming here.
