The hotel is conveniently placed for both work and leisure, near major highways like I-88 and I-355, and relatively close to O’Hare and downtown Chicago. It's just outside the city, which makes for a quieter base with access to Chicago. Free self-parking is another plus. Guests often praise the clean, spacious rooms and the friendly, helpful staff, with the front desk willing to go further to assist. The indoor pool, 24-hour fitness center, and Glen Prairie restaurant are popular amenities, and the pool sounds like a nice way to unwind after a long day. When I first walked in, the lobby's warm, modern look felt calming, and the welcoming staff gave me the sense that they care about the guest experience.

Carly is fantastic at the front desk. She always has a smile, helps with anything, and really knows how to make guests feel good. I stay at this location quite often and look forward to coming back because of her. Everyone there is great, but Carly has something special the others don't. Thanks.

I stay here probably twice a week, and it's one of the best Crowne Plazas I've been to. The rooms are clean, the fitness room is good, and the pool is awesome. Dee at the front desk is really friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean, but I barely slept during my two nights there. The mattress was so hard that my back, hip, and shoulder felt stiff and sore afterward. If you like an extra-firm bed, this may suit you. For me, even the carpeted floor was softer than the mattress.

After one night I changed hotels just to get a decent night's sleep. The place was old and dirty, at an insanely busy intersection, and the room locks didn't work. The restaurant was the worst I've ever been to. It was loud from other guests, and a broken smoke detector was never fixed. The accessible doors were broken too. This place is terrible.
