We spent three nights in the Lt. Galloway room at Printmaker's Inn. It had charming period touches alongside modern conveniences, including an updated bathroom, coffeemaker, and fridge. It's quiet and restful, and a fun change from a corporate hotel, with great value for the money. We like walking, and this worked really well for us: northern historic Savannah's sights are about a 20-30 minute walk away. If you want to drive, parking is easy, there are level 2 chargers, and there's a lovely courtyard.

Peter was a great host, easy to communicate with, and made us feel so welcome. Parking was no problem, and the location worked well for all our activities. Our family of five, with three kids under six, rented the suite and loved how clean and spacious it was. Having separate bedrooms away from the living room and kitchen let us relax while the kids slept. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the Nichols Suite for a long weekend, and the bed was super comfy. The space felt welcoming and thoughtfully set up. On our rainy first day, looking through the tall windows at the picturesque street made the inn feel especially cozy, with a charm a hotel can't match. For our first time in Savannah, Printmaker’s Inn really delivered. It was clean, roomy, and full of local character. Peter kept in touch to make sure we had what we needed. Parking in the back or on the street was easy. From there, Forsyth Park was a short walk for an afternoon stroll, and Collins Quarter was close enough for brunch. This will be our go-to whenever we return to Savannah.

We felt safe walking around the neighborhood day or night, and Forsyth Park was just a couple of blocks away. Most places were within walking distance. There’s free parking behind the inn, with lots of security cameras, and our host Pete was gracious when we arrived and available throughout the visit. For our first Savannah trip, we chose the High Cotton Suite at Printmaker’s Inn, Nichols House to experience the city’s history, and it added to that feeling. The enclosed back porch isn't air conditioned, but it was comfortable on a summer morning. I enjoyed coffee there while looking into the courtyard. The period details and decor were wonderful. Sitting on the wraparound front porch in the summer breeze, I kept imagining the people who had lived there long ago and what their lives were like.

Pete was friendly and quick to respond, and we appreciated having him host us. We liked the privacy and roomy feel of the High Cotton Suite, with its high ceilings, bedroom, living area, little kitchen, and indoor porch. It was clean, comfortable, and had a historic feel that fits Savannah well. There are stairs up to the suite, which we expected and were fine with. It may suit adults who don't mind stairs and somewhat older kids better. The indoor porch was a nice tucked-away spot to relax or read, almost like a greenhouse. It might even be good for cacti.
