The location is great, with a nice park behind the hotel and shopping nearby, but I wouldn't bring family here or put visitors from out of town in it. The front desk is unmanned, so you pick up a phone and the manager from the hotel next door comes over. Boxes of trash were still in the hallway the next morning, and the carpets were ragged and stained. There's even a warning on the main entrance about bringing drugs and alcohol inside, which gives the place a real homey feel.

We woke at 3 in the morning with bedbugs biting us, and actually saw one crawling on the bedsheet. Creepy and horrible. When I told the manager the next day, he acted like I was making it up just to get another room. He asked why we hadn't called during the night, saying they could have moved us to another room at 3 a.m. Horrible blood-sucking experience, horrible people, horrible management. Never again. On our previous stay, the bathtub in our room clogged and nobody came to fix or repair it for two days.
