Hampton Inn & Suites Glenarden/Washington DC

After a run of old, dated hotels, this place felt like a welcome change. The rooms were clean and nicely renovated, and we had easy highway access. There were lots of stores nearby, too. We’ll stay here again on our next road trip.

Robin made a stressful snowstorm stay so much easier. She was sweet, knew her stuff, and helped our family when we were in need and distress. Her check-in and support went above and beyond, and she reminded me what good customer service can be. The rooms were clean, breakfast was hot and amazing, and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. I’ll stay here again when I return. Thank you, Robin, for all you do. 5 STARS from Tennessee!!!

I felt comfortable in the clean room the whole time, even though hotel rooms usually gross me out easily. The property and surrounding area seemed really safe. The person setting up breakfast was helpful with my dietary restrictions, and this was probably the best fitness center I’ve seen in a hotel. The two front desk staff members I spoke with were kind and helpful. Hotels in general have felt like they’ve gone downhill, so this stay was a breath of fresh air.

I stayed four nights and was comfortable throughout. The beds were comfy, the shower stayed hot, and the staff were helpful and professional. They don’t clean rooms daily, but I deep clean my hotel room myself anyway, so that worked out fine. I skipped breakfast, though it smelled good and plenty of people were eating there each morning. The location felt safe, with police and mall security nearby. It’s close to shopping and restaurants, yet tucked away from mall traffic. For a 3-Star hotel, the service felt 5-Star. I’d highly recommend it for families, and it’ll be our go-to when we visit the DC area. 10 out of 10.
