Embassy Suites Los Angeles - Glendale

The two stars are because I’m disappointed by how the hotel handled a lost item. I left my blow dry brush under the sink beside the hotel hair dryer and clean towels. I realized the day after checkout and called to report it, but they never followed up. I called repeatedly since family could pick it up for me. A week after I made the claim, they said nothing had been reported or found. I don’t understand why anyone would want to keep or use a used blow dryer brush. On arrival, the clerk gave excellent service. I’d received a suite upgrade through the app the day before because of my member status, which was a nice surprise. The suite was beautiful, clean, and spacious. I only managed breakfast once because I had to leave early for work, but the food was good and the staff were friendly and attentive.

This was my second time here, and Tony helped us both visits. He’s sweet, professional, attentive, and always greets guests with a welcoming smile. I’ve got only positive things to say about him and the check-in staff. The man bussing tables as people left was great, too. Breakfast staff were another story. They need to take more care with cleanliness and sanitation. The omelet cook wiped his nose while wearing gloves, and the Hispanic lady by the fruit area scratched her hair without gloves on. She also had a rude attitude both days we ate, which felt very unwelcoming. Otherwise the hotel is great, and it’s in a convenient location close to many places.

The wedding weekend went smoothly thanks in large part to Nancy Calderone and Le Yang. They handled countless emails, planning calls, and last-minute requests with patience and quick responses. It was clear they cared about making things work. The front office staff were also kind and helpful to us and all our guests. We celebrated our wedding in July 2025 at Embassy Suites by Hilton Los Angeles Glendale, with over 40 rooms booked for friends and family. Everyone had good things to say about their stay. Our custom corner suite was spacious and clean, with plenty of room to get ready, and after the wedding we came back to treats and romantic decorations, such a lovely surprise. The rehearsal dinner in a conference room was elegant and well organized, with a great atmosphere, service, and food. The Italian menu was perfect. Guests also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning, especially the make your own omelets and avocado toast, plus the daily cocktail hour for relaxing and mingling between events. We’re grateful to the whole team for making the weekend joyful and memorable, and would recommend the hotel to couples planning a wedding or anyone staying in Glendale.

We ended up here for one night after our flight had to be rebooked. The suites were really nice and spacious, with a balcony, and reception were kind and helpful. They only provide a shower in the suites, though, which is a bit of a letdown if you want a bath to relax in after a long day.
