Extended Stay America Suites Los Angeles Glendale

I had to book a night unexpectedly because of some terrible circumstances. Chanel helped turn an awful night into a joyful one. She got me checked in, went above and beyond, and we even shared a few laughs. It was nice meeting you, Chanel. If I stay here again, I hope you’ll be the one checking me in. For $101 a night, the room should at least be presentable. It was dusty, the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and the towels were stained yellow. There was no soap, shampoo, or body wash provided, so bring your own. The room smelled like tobacco, and so did the whole hotel, even though it’s supposed to be non-smoking. Worst hotel I’ve been in.

I’ve stayed here multiple times, and the staff have made a point of learning my name and checking that I’m taken care of each visit. They’re friendly and helpful, and that extra effort makes a difference. The property is attractive and well kept, which makes the area feel inviting. I like the rooms too, especially the wood floors.

The location and customer service were both good, but Cassandra is the reason I want to return. She was welcoming, helpful, generous, and kind. Her hospitality made me feel like I didn’t want to leave, and really made my stay.
