Hampton Inn & Suites Denver - Cherry Creek

Queenie was amazing from the moment I checked in. She waited while I sorted something out with the Diamond desk and was cheerful with every person who came through the door. The way she spoke with Christoper as he was leaving made the place feel like family. Their service makes you feel at home, and Hilton should be proud to have them. The business center is closed, unfortunately, but I asked Christoper for help and he came through like a rockstar. The room was comfortable for what it is, a Hampton Inn rather than a full Hilton. As a diamond member, the service impressed me most. You don’t find servers like this everywhere. Thanks for the day, I’ll be back.

We arrived late on a snowy night, 03DEC25, and were glad for the warmth and comfort. The room and details were first rate, as they usually are at Hampton Inn. The price was surprisingly low for Cherry Creek, an upscale Denver suburb. I expected twice as much for our last minute stay. Our suite had an impressive kitchenette and a door between the large study and large sleeping room. All the fixtures and amenities were in top shape. The front desk person had to handle a sudden rush of customers escaping the snow, but still did a fine job looking after everyone. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.

The staff at all the locations we’ve stayed at have always been friendly, polite, and wonderful, and the hotels themselves are quite nice overall. This Hampton Inn and Suites is under renovation now, and it needs the work. I hope they do up the rooms as well as the public areas. Full tubs aren’t really needed these days. The TP holders here and at the Hampton Inn and Suites we stayed at last night in Colorado Springs, I think, were loose and spun around, so the roll kept falling off. My husband is a Silver Hilton Honors member and stays at these hotels often, so I’m with him at one Hilton or another quite a lot. I hate the pillows at every Hampton Inn and Suites. They’re horrendous, like pancakes. I’m usually not a fan of their hard mattresses either. I had neck and brain surgery several years ago, and I know I’m in the minority, but I can’t get comfortable in the beds easily, even when I’m exhausted.

The mountain view from the front of the building is lovely, and parking was easy with plenty of spaces. It’s also handy for Walmart, Sam's Club, and a few restaurants. Our suite was especially clean, as were the pool and hot tub, which were relaxing. The staff, including the front desk team, were so sweet, and there were lots of good breakfast options. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
