Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Glendale-Westgate

We were able to check in early after arriving ahead of time, which was a nice help. Jordan Michel greeted us at breakfast and was cheerful and very helpful, exactly the kind of guest service that brightened our day. The room was roomy and very clean, and we could walk to good places to eat and Tanger outlets. We’ll book here again.

The pool gets plenty of sun and has lots of seating, and the gym has enough equipment for a good workout. Breakfast worked well for a quick morning bite. Raeven was lovely at check-in and helped with the local information we asked for. We were in a King Room with sofa bed, which gave three of us plenty of space to get ready and put our things away. It was clean, modern, and spacious. We came for an event at State Farm Stadium, and there was so much to do within walking distance. I’d happily stay again.

The staff were friendly and professional, and breakfast was available daily from 6 to 10, with waffles you make yourself, bagels, and little muffins. The rooms feel modern and updated. There’s a fitness room, plus a pool and hot tub. A really nice place to stay.

The rooms have been renovated and are great, and being close to the Tanger outlet mall is a big plus. What stood out most was the front desk team: they greet you with a warm smile and a sincere “Good morning.” I’m pretty grumpy before I’ve had coffee, so I appreciated that. Hard to go wrong here.
