The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we found it convenient. We came on a last-minute trip and had a great experience overall. Check-in was easy, the front desk was warm and friendly, and customer service was great for most of our stay. The breakfast staff were the one drawback. They seemed a bit rude, and following guests around while they served themselves made us uncomfortable. I'd still consider staying again.

The breakfast was delicious, and the women serving it were great. They switched up the food a little each day, which kept it interesting. Both women I met at the front desk were friendly and knew the area well. The rooms were very clean, but the walls are really thin.

We found the price much more affordable, and it was totally worth it. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was yummy. The shuttle to and from the arena was such a nice extra. We absolutely loved staying here!

The breakfast attendant was hilarious, did a great job, and made us look forward to mornings. Breakfast itself was amazing and changed every day. The staff were professional and attentive to the details, and the place was super clean and conveniently located. My only suggestion is to have the shuttle go a little farther, perhaps to Glendale town or Scottsdale once or twice a day. Everything else was amazing. We'll be back.

The free shuttle to and from the diamond desert arena was a welcome surprise, and the location was great. Our room was quiet and clean, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, and coffee and fruit were available throughout the day. The pool was clean and a nice place to lounge. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.
