Simple and straightforward, with what you need and nothing fancy. The women running the place are great and take their work seriously. They helped sort out my double booking and were understanding about my very human mistake. I visit Glenwood Springs once or twice a year, and I'll stay here on my next trip.

The beds were the worst I've ever slept on. There was mold in the bathroom, and the shower head blasted water like a pressure washer. We paid to upgrade to a room with a nicer bathroom like the one in the site's pictures, but it wasn't like that at all. I felt catfished. You get what you pay for.

Our room was in terrible shape: dated, with a holey comforter, filthy carpet, barely any toilet paper, a loose toilet seat, and shower tiles patched with duct tape. My husband called the front desk in the morning before we went to the hot springs to report everything, but nothing was fixed. The older woman said to speak with her boss in the afternoon, which didn't help while we were trying to enjoy our getaway. When we came back, there was no parking, so we left the car on the street behind the hotel where people were smoking pot. Don't let the price or easy walk to the hot springs fool you. Save your money and stay elsewhere. I absolutely don't recommend this hotel. Worst experience!

There's a Bible in the room, at least, but no hairdryer or even a warm blanket. The room was cold, dirty, and neglected. Service was good, and the location is great, close to the hot springs.

Nothing fancy about the rooms, but they're very clean and the staff are friendly. The location is great and the prices are fair. I've been coming back for years.
