This place has a lot of charm and was clean and easy to get around, though it's not fancy or updated. It's right on a private beach, and the balcony looks out toward two lighthouses. The front desk staff I spoke with were both kind and accommodating. The beds were quite hard but still comfortable. Downtown isn't a bad walk if you go through harbor beach. I'd happily stay again if I return to the area.

The room had a clean, campy feel and was a good fit for us at the right price. It reminded us of a cabin, and we really liked the atmosphere. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but the view was hard to beat. Say hi to Bert 🦜

We've been coming here for more than 20 years and love it. It's open year-round and sits right on the beach. Breakfast is coffee, cocoa, Danish, and fruit. Don't forget to say good morning to Bert! If you can, the Hunnymoon suit is very nice.

We've returned for 13 years because the price is affordable and the view is the best around. Every room looks out over the ocean, and the beach is clean with plenty of room to set up chairs.

The view and the price are hard to beat, and waking up to the ocean with the beach right behind the place was wonderful. Everyone was extremely friendly, and check-in and checkout were easy. It's outdated, but very well kept and so clean. I'd absolutely stay at Cape Ann again.
