I came back to find the do not disturb sign put back inside the room and the towels changed. They hadn't made the bed, but someone had come in to swap towels anyway. When I complained at the front desk, all I got was, “Sorry, we’ll tell them not to disturb you anymore.” The room itself was okay, but the advertised free continental breakfast was just cereal, and the hotel didn’t have a single iron. What a mess.

We found a bullet in the parking lot, and there were a few gnats in the room. I spotted more of those near breakfast, though there weren’t any other bugs. The room was clean and the stay was good overall. The AC worked well, but the TV was a bit small. Breakfast was bare-bones, and the coffee tasted off and was very weak.

The room was filthy and substandard in almost every way. The entry door’s safety locks were literally broken in two, the phone didn’t work at all, and some lamps were missing bulbs. The bathroom sink cabinet was painted plywood, and the tile floor was made of broken pieces. We even had to beg for an extra pillow. There was no maid service. The manager cleaned the rooms himself and made it clear he didn’t like doing it. He treated us like an intrusion instead of guests, was very rude for no reason, and used foul language. The front lobby was locked to all guests. It was a horrible stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The current management is a disgrace, and the hotel should have new owners and management. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

I had room to park my truck and trailer, and the rooms were clean with no noisy neighbors. The people were nice, too. The lady at the front desk at night was sweet, down to earth, and knowledgeable, and she helped me out quite a few times during my stay. The owner was pretty cool as well. I enjoyed myself and would stay again if I’m ever in the area.

The beds were clean and comfortable, but the bathroom door had a hole punched in it, and the showerhead was very small with low flow. There was no continental breakfast to speak of. For what we paid, I expected better. We could have put the money we spent on breakfast nearby toward a better hotel.
