Stevens Pass Motel

The non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and with my severe allergies and no inhaler on hand, I couldn’t breathe in there and had to leave. I also couldn’t get any response from staff after ringing the bell, calling, leaving a voicemail, and messaging through Expedia. We were put beside a room that seemed like the “meth room,” too. I usually use Booking.com and have never had an experience like this. I won’t come back, and I’ll avoid booking through this site.

We missed our plans the next morning because this was the only nearby place with availability after Monroe and Sultan were booked. I’d give zero stars if I could. When I tried to check in, the office person wasn’t helpful: I’d booked and paid through booking.com, but he kept saying the payment was declined and showed me a different card number he claimed was mine. I’m going to request a refund since we couldn’t stay. We ended up at Quality Inn in Marysville be Quil Ceda casino instead, and I’d give it five stars. 8/9/25.

I stayed for three days and really enjoyed it. The hotel management provided great service, and the manager was very professional.

The rooms smelled, and switching on the heater brought a burnt tire smell. This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Go anywhere else.
