The office ladies were so nice, and the bed was comfortable. The room was cozy and extremely clean, with a decent sized fridge and freezer, microwave, Keurig, and hair dryer. We’d never stayed here before, but we’ll definitely come back. Anyone finding something bad to say must not be happy with anything.

You get a real key on a tag with the room number, and check-in means filling out an old-fashioned form. The service was friendly and easy. The rooms are plain, just as the sign says, but super clean. It’s a great value and a good place to stay while exploring the Gold Beach area.

A comfortable, clean, well-kept room for an incredible price. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, too. I was driving up Highway 101 from California toward Oregon, and this worked well as a halfway stop between San Francisco and Portland. I highly recommend staying at the Azalea Lodge.

We didn’t have a reservation and ended up staying in two different rooms. Both were very clean, almost OCD-level, and stocked with supplies. They’re a little small, but just right for two, with a small fridge, microwave, and TV. The beds were comfy and smelled crisp. The owner even came in to replace a broken knob on the TV stand, though we hadn’t really minded it. 😁 Everyone we met was extremely nice, and the price was great for being so close to the ocean. We paid under $160 a night. We’ll definitely be back to this lovely place.

Just an overnight stop for us. It’s an older, quaint hotel, but very clean and well maintained, with plenty of parking. We had a great experience.
