The prices are great, and there's plenty of parking near several highways. It's close to restaurants and grocery stores, and right beside a Chevy dealership, which was handy for getting my oil changed or having repairs done. The staff are friendly and willing to help, and there's an on-site laundromat. I like having a kitchenette so I don't have to eat out every day. There's a big refrigerator with ice trays in the freezer, a dresser, and lots of hanging space. The AC works well, the shower has strong pressure and plenty of hot water, and the sheets and towels are clean and smell nice. The beds are comfortable, with lots of fluffy pillows. The rooms are clean and in good condition. I book my trips through hotels.com, and I definitely recommend staying here if you're in Lubbock.

We would've left right away if every place in town hadn't been sold out. The first floor smelled strongly of weed, the towels and floors were dirty, and the beds felt like glorified cots. The blinds didn't cover the window or block the bright parking lot light. I took the window picture at night, and that's how bright our room was.

The staff take a hands-on approach and know a lot about what's available around the city. South Loop 289 access brings in working people, couples going through life changes, and everyday travelers visiting for games, school events, or other reasons. We're enjoying our stay, which has stretched beyond just overnight accommodation.

The rooms are nice and clean, and it stays quiet. They also keep the riffraff out, which is a plus. It's a nice hotel, though the staff leave something to be desired.
