Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and easy to talk to. I slept well both nights in a clean, comfortable room. A couple of small things could be better, so it wasn't quite five-star perfect, but nothing major went wrong. I enjoyed my stay and would return.

Jessica, the manager, was kind, professional, and attentive. Her leadership really shows in how the staff treat guests and how well the hotel is run. Check-in went smoothly, and my room was very clean and comfortable. The whole place felt welcoming and spotless. Honestly, it was perfect from start to finish, exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't change anything. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely come back.

I've stayed at more than 100 Hilton properties a year, and this wasn't one of the better Home2 Suites. We had several problems, including a backed-up toilet that sent dirty water into the shower. There was no maintenance person on site to help. They couldn't fix our key issue either and wanted $250 for a master key. The keys demagnetized easily: mine died in a separate wallet pocket, away from my phone. Parking is tight, the pool area is nothing special, and the on-site grilles need a lot of attention. The wood frame construction carries every footstep, conversation, sneeze, cough, TV, and other noise from rooms next door, above, or below. It feels cheaply built and behind on maintenance. At over $180 for one night after taxes and extra fees, it's very expensive for what you get. I'd look elsewhere.

The front desk staff were polite at check-in and checkout, and parking was easy. The location was convenient, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. My room was mostly clean. A few little things could be improved, but nothing major spoiled the trip. It was an okay, decent stay.
