The room itself was dirty, but the bedding made it far worse: there was hair, yellow staining, and blood all over it. Absolutely disgusting. They refunded us, then still charged a $25 cleaning fee, which is ironic when the room hadn't been clean in the first place. I would give zero stars if I could.

The room was cozy, with a comfortable bed and sheets, plus a table and couch. There was also a microwave and small fridge. Staff were really friendly, towels were changed every day, and the room stayed super clean. Having laundry on site was handy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room smelled strongly of smoke and was in bad condition, so I canceled about five minutes after arriving. I'd booked online and hadn't known what the hotel was like until I got there. The manager on duty promised a full refund and said it wouldn't be a problem, but then kept almost $150 and refused to return it. Bad customer service, and lying to customers isn't okay. I won't book here again and will warn other people too. A bad experience.

I used points for a free night, but the front desk man said I needed to pay a $50 deposit and ended up taking $60. Then they kept my $50 deposit because orange juice had spilled on the bed and there was hair in the tub. Be careful with this hotel, I feel like they scammed me out of the deposit.

The place smelled like sewage, and there was hair left in our shower. We only got one washcloth for three people. The phone didn't work, and the TV had just three channels we could see. It felt like a dive in the middle of nowhere. Awful, unpleasant place. Don't stay here.
