I stayed in a studio apartment with a full kitchen, and it suited my needs. The rooms are a little older, but nice and clean. As someone who uses a wheelchair, I found the staff especially courteous and helpful. Each guest also gets a thoughtful gift bag with water and snacks. Whether you're passing through, seeing a show at Red Rocks, or just after a quick getaway, I'd highly recommend this place. You can't beat it for the price.

The room had a strange smell, the pillows were uncomfortable, the air conditioning was noisy, and the floor baseboards were broken in several places. The door was also very hard to unlock. You had to swipe the card while pushing the door and pressing the handle, and sometimes it took six tries. The first breakfast was good, with tasty morning sausages and chocolate milk, though there wasn't much choice. The second was supposed to start at 6am but still wasn't ready by 7am. The breakfast employee was very rude and blamed me for the delay because I'd dropped a bread crumb on the counter. There was almost nothing left, no sausages, bacon, or chocolate milk. The hotel is well located for heading to the Rockies, but I don't recommend it.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly when we checked in. The room was clean, but smelled awful because they allow animals. The photos are misleading; the place is run down and sits right by major highways, down the road from a large hospital. It isn't in the greatest area.

The guy at the front desk was really nice and helpful, which was the one good thing about this place. I'm staying here now, and if it weren't so late, I'd have found somewhere else. It's dirty and run-down, the area feels sketchy, and there's nothing within walking distance. I absolutely don't recommend it.
