I called the Goldsboro nc on hwy 70 location to ask about the weekly rate and had more questions, but the woman hung up on me. The man I was calling for rang back. I'm 54 and he's 58. I assume she recognized the same number and asked him if he was playing on the phone. He wasn't, he was trying to find a hotel to stay at. Why would he want to stay there? Horrible.

I wasn't impressed. When I went to shower, I ended up with other people's hair all over me. There were roaches, and the fridge didn't work.

I got a refund right away after seeing the place. The hotel stinks of cigarettes and drugs, and the front door won't close all the way whether it's locked or not. The bathroom door doesn't lock either. It's SO DISGUSTING. The front desk woman was nice, but what's the point of this hotel? If I could give it a -10, I would.

The woman at the front desk was a charming storyteller and a pleasure to talk with. The room and bed were spacious and clean, though there was some ceiling damage and a few cockroaches in the bathroom. The TV didn't work, which seems standard for this kind of place. I always wonder how hard it is to spend five seconds resetting the system between guests. Probably just a matter of remembering. It's an okay place to stay if you can live with those issues.

Cheap doesn't have to mean filthy and funky, but this place was just nasty and smelled so bad. Diabolical, minus 100 to the tenth power! Stay away!
