The location is close to the airport, though it isn’t really a tourist area, and there’s free parking. I liked the wide choice at breakfast, and you can get hot drinks such as tea in the lobby anytime. The staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful. Room service was very good, with daily service available on request. The spa, pool, gym, and business room with computers and printers stay open until 10 p.m.

The location and price were right, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was acceptable, too. But the lock only worked about once in seven tries, which left you locked out, and the repair person just seemed to shrug it off as tricky. The TV kept going black while the sound continued, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. The office staff didn’t know why or how to fix it. My sister’s room also had a bad smell.

You could hear the neighbors through the walls, and the rooms were nice but not especially large. Cleaning is available only by request. The staff were pleasant to deal with most of the time, and the hotel has a good location and decent amenities.

I stayed six nights while caring for my child, who was recovering from surgery at college nearby. It wasn’t a vacation, but the stay was comfortable and pleasant, and I’ll come back. The staff were kind and accommodating when I needed to add nights, and I never had to change rooms. We had two queen beds, just enough space for us, plus a desk, microwave, small fridge, and closet. The AC worked well, though the window doesn’t open, so without AC you need the fan and to leave the door cracked a little. The area felt very safe and walkable, next to a senior community. Breakfast was free and filling enough to last until lunch; outside breakfast hours, that space can be used for work. The pool area was roomy and usually quiet during the day. I used the clean gym, which had water and towels, treadmills, stationary bikes, and somewhat dated weight machines that still did the job. It’s an older property, but well kept.
