Executive Inn and Suites

The room itself was clean and comfortable, but there was no inside lock on the door, which made us uneasy. My husband ended up sleeping on the floor in front of it because the place felt sketchy. We’d been tent camping nearby when a severe thunderstorm hit at 1am, so we brought our four children into town to find somewhere safe for the night. The night host was very rude. Rooms were listed online at $48-$54, but she charged us $75. After arguing that we needed two rooms because there were six of us, including four kids under 10, she seemed to pick a price out of nowhere. Our credit card declined at first, and she acted suspicious and rudely snatched the key back until we gave her another card. In the morning, my husband waited to return the key to the host in person to be polite. When she came in, she impatiently rolled her eyes and pointed to the key drop box without saying anything.

For an older motel-style place, the room was scrupulously clean, and you can see that improvements have been made over time. Some bathroom fixtures are ancient and need replacing, but complaints about towels and little details seem plainly ridiculous to me. You get WAY more than you pay for here. It’s an inexpensive, clean place run by a family working hard to offer affordable rooms. If you want modern luxuries, be willing to pay for them. I don’t understand why a few people complain in general. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

I was welcomed with a smile and got great customer service. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the price was reasonable for a good night's stay. When I left, they thanked me for choosing their hotel and invited me back. I said I enjoyed my stay and would return.
