The hot breakfast was delicious, and having fresh ground coffee available all the time was a real treat. Our King room was roomy and comfortable, with properly hot water. The place is affordable and very well kept, and the receptionist at check-in greeted us with a friendly smile.

Amanda at the front desk made our stay feel like home. She was kind and attentive, and the receptionists were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were really clean and the beds so comfortable. This place is a 10 out of 10, and I highly recommend staying here. I love the customer service and will definitely return.

I give this location 0/5 because they don't accept locals unless they have a “serious reason” for needing a room. That's not disclosed on the website while booking, which feels inconvenient and unprofessional. Locals deserve to know where they can and can't book. Having to give a specific, accepted reason seems very unusual to me, but this location requires it. Now I know not to book here, sadly.

We were disappointed to be told on arrival that the hotel doesn't rent to locals. I don't expect to be questioned about why I'm booking when I reserve a room. Zero out of five stars if I could give that.

The rooms were clean, the water pressure was good, and breakfast was good too. Miss Amanda at the front desk was amazing. I loved the unique look of the rooms, which set this location apart from other Holiday Inns. I'd happily come back.
