Holiday Inn Express & Suites Goodland

We had plenty of room for our family of five, and the rooms were immaculate. The location right off the interstate was perfect, the employees were friendly, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a nice selection, and the attendant was lovely and kind. The pancake machine was finicky, but she made pancakes when we asked. The kids liked the small, warm pool, and the area was clean with plenty of fresh towels. We’d stay again.

The kind, attentive woman in the breakfast area really stood out for her customer service. Our room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around. I had a great, relaxing stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area. And yes, it’s in the Colorado time zone.

The breakfast attendant was gracious, helpful, and so friendly. Our room was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, a couch, and even a chaise lounge. The shower head was loose, but that was a minor thing. It’s a convenient stop when traveling on I-70, and we’d stay again if we’re in the area.

Darlene made breakfast feel especially welcoming. Even though we came down when it was almost over, she was still cheerful and working hard. The counters were clean and organized, the food was the best we’ve had at an IHG, and her charming personality made us feel right at home. After so many work trips and hotels around the U.S., this was one of our best stays. The room smelled fresh and was tidy, and the beds were really comfortable. The folded towels, bows on the toilet paper rolls and tissue, and even the ice bags folded into bows were lovely little details. They showed how much care went into the place. Thanks for giving these tired travelers a welcome night to rest.
