The front desk staff are fantastic. They treat guests like family and act like they own the place. During the January ice storm, they kept people warm and didn’t raise rates. The bed was clean and comfortable. Rooms are small and warm, but for an inexpensive inn in this location, you probably can’t beat it.

This is my go-to hotel in the area. We’ve stayed several times over the past few years, and this visit we had two double beds. The furniture, fixtures, and bathroom all looked recently redone, and the room was clean and pleasant. Paying through a third-party website made it $25 less than paying at the front office, so at $53.00 a night it was a great value. I love that I can bring my CHI-WEENIE PUP for free. Other places charge huge pet deposits and nonrefundable fees, even for small pets, or have strict weight limits. I’ve tried the hotels up and down conference dr., and this one has rooms just as good or better, and cleaner, with a good chance of vacancy compared with similar places nearby. It also has plenty of parking and a fantastic location. It sure isn’t holiday Inn at $200 a night, but it’s affordable. My only complaint was the guest Wi-Fi. It kept disconnecting all our devices, phones, tablet, and laptop, at least once an hour throughout our stay. Each time we had to open the login page in a browser and re-enter the password, which got really annoying. Maybe it was that room or bad weather. There was good Cable and a good TV, so the Wi-Fi issue only mattered for our own devices that needed internet. I’d give it a STRONG 4.8 out of 5.

The staff were so kind and worked hard through a chaotic time, and I’m grateful for how amazing the service was during the giant Nashville ice storm. My room stayed warm and was clean. I was there for three nights, and it was a perfect spot for me and my cat.

The location was great, and the room was warm with a comfortable bed and toiletries in the bathroom. But the housekeeping staff weren’t friendly, and the room had clearly been damaged and patched up. It was also noisy: I was woken every 2 hours, so bring earplugs if you stay. I left well before breakfast, though they don’t serve any.
