Comfort Suites Gothenburg South

We had a very pleasant stay and would come back. Check-in and checkout were quick, and it was easy to find parking across the street for our truck and trailer. Our room was fresh, spacious, and super clean. The pet-friendly room had no carpet, which worked especially well for a family member who uses a wheelchair. The bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was nicely sized, and the amenities were the usual ones. Breakfast was hot and fresh, with real scrambled eggs, sausage links and patties, fluffy biscuits and gravy, fruit, cereal, waffles, breads, pastries, coffee, and juice. There’s also an indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness room, though we didn’t use them.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I liked it overall. My one complaint is that the TVs in the rooms are much too small and should be upgraded.

We needed a place to sleep during a multi-state drive and picked Comfort Suites in Gothenburg after reading the reviews. We arrived after 11 p.m. and needed three rooms. The front desk attendant was welcoming at check-in and later helped us with a special accommodation in a friendly, helpful way. Our rooms were roomy, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was a good, typical hotel spread, served hot in a clean, well-organized area. We’d stay here again.

We found this hotel a welcome break on a really long drive. It was busy, but there was still plenty of parking, and the location was convenient. Our room was clean, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The staff were kind and accommodating, breakfast was good, and the coffee was fresh. Thanks for taking care of us, Comfort Suites, Gothenburg!
