The pool was clean and fun for the kids, and breakfast had plenty of options for everyone. Every staff interaction was amazing. Jordan was incredibly kind and helpful when we booked, going above and beyond to get adjoining rooms for our family Christmas celebration. Check-in was smooth, and they got us in early sooner than expected. Top-notch service from start to finish, highly recommend!

The patio and grill area were a highlight. Our group of about 15 was able to make a meal there, and it was a great place to gather and relax. The hotel is easy to find and get to, right off the interstate. Staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and the breakfast spread had lots of choices. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

The bed wasn’t comfortable, and the kitchenette had a dishwasher but no detergent for it. The bathroom was the worst part. They tried to copy a European-style new bathroom and missed the mark. Water from the shower gets all over the floor, and there isn’t enough storage. I wouldn’t come back.

The pool area was clean, but there were no towels there, so we used some from the workout room. The hotel had nice staff, clean, comfortable rooms, and a good breakfast included. Coffee, tea, and fruit were available all day and night.

We sold our house before we’d bought a new one, so our family ended up in a pretty strange situation. Our first hotel was cheap and a real dump, exactly the kind of “you get what you pay for” place. Moving from there to TownePlace suites was a world of difference. The rooms were clean, the amenities were good, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. You don’t realize how good you have it until you don’t. After that other hotel, this place felt like a luxury!
