I asked for the same room I had stayed in the year before, after paying about $500 in 2024. The manager said new management had improved the property and assured me the rooms were upgraded. But when I returned in 2025, nothing in that room had changed. They'd only raised the price to over $900 and removed the stove, which hadn't worked anyway. The toilet seat is low to the floor, too. The rooms weren't great to begin with: hard beds, loose wall sockets, and no pool. I put up with it because the place is close to the boardwalk. Now the prices are going up again for 2026, so don't expect improvements.

The place was quiet and relaxing, and getting checked in was easy thanks to the friendly, helpful staff. My room was comfortable, clean, and well looked after, and the location was convenient. I appreciated the hospitality and good service. It was a pleasant stay, and I'd recommend this motel if you're looking for somewhere comfortable and affordable. Thanks for a great visit!

The location is great, and since it's the off-season, I hope they use this time to make repairs. The TV only had one channel, the heat was stuck on high, and there was no hot water. They moved me to another room, but its lock wasn't secure, so I had to put a table in front of the door.

The staff were friendly, and being right on the boardwalk is a plus. It's a low-budget place, so it might work for a weekend if you don't mind roughing it. The hotel is dated and dirty, with only a dresser and no hooks, chairs, or tables in the rooms. Our fridge leaked across the floor, and there was a mold-like smell, though I didn't see any bugs. It's pet-friendly. You have to double-park and leave your car key at the desk.

Menisha was especially lovely and went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. The whole staff was great, and our room was clean with everything we needed. It's also as close as you can get to the beach and boardwalk, with food, coffee, and other things nearby. The price was really reasonable. This was my second stay, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend 😊
