The manager was unpleasant to deal with and insulted me for cleaning the bathroom floor. That capped off a stay I would not repeat. The listing said triple room, but what we got was one room with a pullout couch and hardly any space to move. At quiet time, 10 PM, people were still outside our door drinking and playing music, which made it hard for the kids to sleep. The sheets didn't feel clean, and the hard floors were very dirty. I got a threatening note saying the hotel would tow my car, plus a text saying I'd be charged an extra $30 for dirty towels. We'd used those towels on the bathroom floor to keep the kids safe. We left the place very clean. We travel a lot and usually leave good reviews, but this was a bad stay.

The rooms were comfortable, very clean, and suited my stay well. Staff were welcoming every time I came or went, and every interaction felt pleasant. I had an amazing visit and am looking forward to coming back in the next few months.

We didn't use room service during our two nights, and there were really no major problems. The room was nice, with lovely views, and the woman at the front desk was very friendly. You can walk a short distance to the beach, and the Jitney bus stops right outside for the boardwalk. The parking spaces are very tight. The bedroom blind was broken, so morning sun came straight into our eyes; we had to hang up a blanket to block it. Some things looked rusty, though that's what ocean air does. I'd definitely stay again.

Sunrise Park is all that separates the Diamond Crest Motel from the beach, which is especially handy with young kids. The motel is very clean, and the staff were friendly and super helpful. The rooms are small and basic, but you're not booking the Ritz Carlton. If you want somewhere clean, safe, and affordable in a great spot, the Diamond crest motel is hard to beat. We loved it and are already planning to come back next year.

The oceanfront room had a beautiful view, and checking in earlier than I expected was easy. The pool was super clean, and the location was handy for exercise, bike rentals, and getting to the beach. New owners, a very clean place, and really friendly staff. I was there this past weekend and will definitely return! 🤩
