We had a great stay, but if you're after a quiet, restful visit, try to avoid the week of the color guard convention. It's held from the last week of April into the first week of May, with percussion and color guard practices. The percussion bands are extremely loud, so relaxing can be hard unless you enjoy listening to that.

The room was quiet, and the staff were really nice. The hotel is fairly clean, though there was some hair of unknown origin on the towels and the TV channels weren't great. Water pressure was very low, and the fridge gets warm. The pool wasn't very clean, and other guests often blocked the walkways. One man and his child sat in front of my door watching soccer on their phone. The elevator worked well, and the ramp made the place accessible.

We came for a beach baseball tournament this weekend and were pleasantly surprised. We usually choose a hotel or Airbnb, so I wasn't sure about a motel, but this place was excellent. Our family suite fit all five of us, it was clean, and the AC worked and was clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

The pool was full of children from opening until closing, so we never got to use it. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, but the bathroom was very small. The front room had been turned into a second bedroom, with the main bedroom at the back. The wall AC unit in the back bedroom was extremely loud, cycling on and off day and night. We didn't use the outdoor grills, but saw that they were cleaned daily. It's an 11-minute walk to the beach, and there are great restaurants within walking distance.

A friend recommended this motel for my first stay here. The staff and pool were nice, the beds were comfy, and it's close to the beach and boardwalk. The only downside was some mildew on the bathroom ceiling in room 423.
