The room was dirty, the bed lumpy, and there were bugs. On top of that, a very loud noise from the room below kept us awake all night. We kept calling the host, but she wouldn’t help, move us to another room, or give us a refund. She wouldn’t even send maintenance. Shockingly bad amenities. Steer clear.

A loud, constant noise and vibration in our room made sleeping impossible. The host wouldn't help or offer another room or a refund, and wouldn't even answer my calls. Terrible service, I don't recommend it. You'd be better off staying anywhere else.

All night, a humming noise seemed to come through the floor and made the room vibrate. When I woke up, I was covered in insect bites. I didn't look for bed bugs that morning, I just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible.

We got no sleep during our stay a couple of nights ago. A loud, steady buzzing shook the whole room, bed included. It took three complaints to the front desk before anyone investigated, and the issue was never fixed. The host wouldn't give us another room or a refund, so we had to spend hundreds more on a new room. I'd give this zero stars if I could. Stay somewhere else.

I'd like to check this place out with family and play some games together.
