My family and I came here for the week after being treated badly and racially profiled at the Quality Inn next door because we’re Black. The Holiday Inn had the exact same price, but way better rooms, service, and atmosphere. We felt supported here, and the kids woke up saying, “WE LOVE THIS PLACE.” VICTOR was outstanding with my family, especially helpful and supportive with the little ones. He made it so much easier for us to feel comfortable staying the week. Ashley at the front desk was outstanding too, really nice and helpful. You all took so much stress off my family’s shoulders. I love this hotel already. We’ll be back, and I’ll always recommend it. Thank you so much, VICTOR!

The bathtub in my room had noticeable chips and could use remodeling, though I know that wasn’t Ashish’s responsibility. His care and service more than made up for it, and he’s a big reason I’d return to this IHG hotel in Grand Blanc. I was there over Thanksgiving, and Ashish was kind, attentive, understanding, and professional throughout. The other staff were warm and helpful as well, making the stay feel welcoming. Thank you again, Ashish, for your hospitality.

I checked in around 2 am after booking through the app, which I love. Charpelle was right there at the front desk, cheerful and quick to get me checked in. He confirmed my room preferences and handed me my key without any wait, confusion, or unnecessary back-and-forth. It’s a small thing, but it makes a big difference when you’re tired from driving and arrive late.

I stay here every couple of weeks for work. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and breakfast is great. The staff are so friendly, especially Riley and Ashish. I’d recommend this place.

I’m fussy about hotels, but the Holiday Inn Express Grand Blanc really pleased me. I stayed for a week without any issues. It was clean, everyone on staff was friendly, and breakfast was wonderful. Even the coffee was amazing. I’ll definitely come back, and I’ve already booked my next room.
