The Olive Ann Hotel is beautifully put together, with lovely tile work and thoughtful design throughout. The rooms blend classic luxury with modern comfort, and the whole place feels clean and elegant. It's one of the most aesthetically impressive hotels I've stayed in. From arrival, the complimentary valet was quick, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The location puts you right in the heart of everything without hassle. Whether you're in Grand Forks for work or a getaway, the Olive Ann is worth it for the beautiful space, phenomenal service, and comfort that makes you wish you'd booked more nights.

There's plenty to do within walking distance, with many bars and restaurants nearby, so it's an ideal spot for an evening out. The staff were amazing, and the rooms are beautiful, with a mini bar that has detailed pricing. Complimentary valet service too. Outstanding place.

Libby and her staff went above and beyond for our company guests. Eight people were flying in from warmer climates, and with Grand Forks at -30 degrees, cold weather clothes were a necessity. They took extra time to hand deliver the clothing to each person upon arrival. I haven't stayed here yet, but I will in the future. Thank you, Libby 💐

The beds are comfy, and the TV lets you cast from your phone or apps, which makes it feel like a home away from home. There are great food spots, stores, and a movie theater within walking distance. This is easily my favorite hotel in Grand Forks and probably my favorite in Minnesota. We call it the Avengers hotel because of its awesome logo, and it doesn't feel like you're in a small Minnesota town.
