I've stayed here twice for work training in the area, and the hotel and rooms are very clean. The beds and sheets are comfortable, the staff are nice, and I love that there's a tea selection available around the clock. Everything else was great. The breakfast doesn't work for guests with special diets and allergies, though. Fruit was the only safe food for me. I couldn't risk the eggs because of possible cross-contamination, so I had to start my morning without breakfast. Please consider adding good gluten-free options.

I was surprised there were so few gluten-free choices at breakfast. Even individual yogurt cups would be better than nothing. My husband enjoyed the breakfast, though. We were happy with our stay overall. The hotel has a nice feel, seemed pretty clean, and the staff were friendly. I'd come back. My main complaint is the heavy scent in the rooms, almost unbearable, like a perfume bomb had gone off. I had to try to air ours out so I could breathe more easily.

We enjoyed breakfast, the staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with comfortable bedding and mattresses. Check-in and checkout were easy. The pool is small but nice, and the location was perfect, affordable, and very easy to get to. The positive reviews were right for us despite the mixed ones here. Gravity Taphouse right next door was a favorite too. This will be our go-to hotel for future visits.

The breakfast was fresh and had a great variety to choose from, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. The whole hotel, including my room, was extremely clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a great spot right off the expressway. This is where I'll stay next time I'm in town. I was very, very pleased, it's such a nice hotel.

We had zero complaints during our stay for a volleyball tournament at DeVos. I originally booked a king room because that was all that was available, and left a note asking for two beds if a room opened up. Emily called on the morning we arrived to say a double room was available and switched us over. Huge win, she's awesome. The hotel was spotless, and the lobby had plenty of comfortable space to hang out. Fresh cookies at check-in were a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was a great bonus, and although we didn't ask for housekeeping, there were fresh towels and the trash had been taken out when we got back Saturday after a long day of volleyball. The room was very clean. My daughter couldn't find a single thing to complain about, which says a lot. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in Grand Rapids.
