The hot tub was a nice bonus, even though the pool itself is pretty small. I liked having parking right at the hotel, and there are plenty of places to walk to nearby. It’s also right off the highway. The rooms were great, and breakfast service was good, especially the delicious southwest skillet. Having to use a key card for the elevators made the place feel like it might be in a sketchy neighborhood, though. I’d definitely stay again.

Getting around downtown was easy from Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Downtown by IHG, with restaurants, attractions, and local entertainment close by. The staff were attentive, professional, and friendly throughout. Our room was spacious and quiet, with a comfortable bed and the amenities we needed. The hotel felt clean, modern, and well maintained from arrival through checkout, and everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged.

The lounge inside had an unbelievable atmosphere, and the attractions were all within walking distance. The hotel is also just minutes from downtown. I had a beautiful stay at the Holiday Inn in Grand Rapids, MI. My room was exceptional, and the staff were professional, friendly, and courteous the whole time. Definitely a must-stay when you're in Grand Rapids.

The rooms were clean and updated, and that TV was huge. There was also a handy little mini mart and restaurant, plus free cookies on the way out. We got free parking, and the friendly staff could accommodate my request to check in a bit early. Downtown was so convenient: I walked to the heart of it in under 10 minutes, and after my concert at 20 monroe the walk back felt safe and quick. Perfect from start to finish. If I’m in GR again, this’ll be my first choice.

Margarete, the Lobby Attendant, was a big help when I asked for ideas and directions. She was so helpful I told her she should be a Concierge. The front desk greeted me with smiling faces and everyone was very polite. The lobby and restroom were nice and clean, too. I’d definitely come back to Holiday Inn Downtown. -Lucy
