The shuttle to and from the expo was fabulous, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. We had a great weekend at the Hyatt Columbus OSU for the Arnold Sports Festival. I’d highly recommend staying here for events at the convention center.

The room was perfect and quiet at night, and breakfast was good with lots of seating. Having until noon to check out meant we could take our time over breakfast instead of rushing. The staff made the weekend especially easy: while we were checking in, an employee heard us struggling with parking for our event and later caught up with us to explain the free guest shuttle. That saved us the stress of getting through construction, paying for parking, and walking forever. This will definitely be our go-to place.

The complimentary breakfast was enjoyable and went until 11. Check-in was easy, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The parking lot was very crowded, but we managed to find a spot. The Hyatt Place was only two minutes from where we were moving my girlfriend’s daughter. The only odd thing was that the sink was outside the bathroom.

Maxwell checked me in and made the whole arrival feel easy and enjoyable. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed to relax. Hyatt Place Grandview Yard is modern, conveniently located, and has great amenities. I had an amazing stay and highly recommend it.

The hotel was extremely pet friendly, including for big dogs, and it’s 10 minutes from osu vet hospital. We were exhausted after a long drive and a wait at the hospital, so being allowed to check in a little early helped. I was very impressed with the hotel and accommodation after our sudden visit to osu vet with my Great dane puppy. Breakfast the next day was great too. We’ll be back for follow-up visits and will definitely stay here again.
