It felt like coming home to grandma and grandpa’s for the weekend. The room was cozy when we arrived, and the pictures online didn’t do it justice. The location is tucked into a quiet residential area, close enough to downtown that the drive isn’t bad. The big bathtubs can fit two people, and breakfast was fantastic every day. Our hosts were warm and welcoming, and pointed us to some yummy places for dinner and drinks. We got a massage while we were there, and the massage room is in the main building, so it’s easy to reach. We visited in winter, when they had homemade hot chocolate and all the things to add to it. We’re already planning a half anniversary trip back in the summer. They have a pool that’s heated for the summer months! If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay, this is it. One of Grandville’s best little hidden gems.

They welcomed me the same day I reached out and were incredibly kind and accommodating. That meant more to me than they probably know. The home is stunning, warm, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed, but the room really stood out. It’s the best room I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail felt intentional, from the look and textures to the lighting and comfort. It felt indulgent without being too much, and luxurious without feeling cold. You can tell the space was made with care. It was beautiful and restorative, with a perfect balance of elegance and comfort. It’s set a new standard for a bed and breakfast stay. A perfect getaway, and a place I’d return to in a heartbeat and recommend without hesitation if you want somewhere special, grounding, and truly elevated.

The hosts made us feel genuinely welcome and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. They also gave us great recommendations for local spots. The location was great, too. Each morning started with a delicious breakfast made with fresh ingredients, the kind that makes you slow down and savor it. Our room was spotless and cozy, with little touches that made it feel like home. From the moment we arrived, the charming bed and breakfast felt like a warm, peaceful retreat, with thoughtful details throughout. We left feeling refreshed and cared for. We’ll be back for a third visit next year. This was our second stay, and it didn’t disappoint. The room was excellent, and this time we stayed in the cottage room. You won’t get cold in winter with the fireplace, heated towel rack, and even a heated toilet seat. Breakfast was amazing, and all the extras inside and outside the room were incredible.
