Econo Lodge Inn & Suites

The staff were friendly, but that was the only good thing about this hotel. The room looked nothing like the advertised photos, and there was a dried, smeared black substance on the wall that I couldn’t identify. The heater squealed like a bad fan belt, and the bathroom floor tiles were cracked and broken. Breakfast was nasty: brownish-orange juice, grey watery biscuits and gravy with pepper, soggy biscuits from the steam warmer, and scrambled eggs so greasy and unrecognizable that I couldn’t tell they were eggs.

We’re here with the family for an extended stay. The rooms are clean, breakfast is great, and the kids love it. My wife was especially pleased with manager Sam and staff member Tania. She said they made her feel positive and comfortable. We’d recommend staying here.

We were so tired that my sister and I stayed the night, but I couldn’t wait to leave when morning came. Breakfast was practically nothing, just a couple of slices of white bread and waffles, and staff didn’t refill it after we asked twice. The room was dirty, with stains all over the bathroom, and the lobby and hallway smelled terrible. The walls were so thin we could hear people talking and walking in other rooms, including an intimate moment next door that left me embarrassed to hear it. As soon as I walked in, I knew I’d made a huge mistake. This is my own experience, but I highly do not recommend booking here. I’m writing this extremely frustrated and wish I’d never stayed. Shame on you, Econo.

I appreciate this hotel. It’s very clean, everything seems to work well, and the staff are genuinely nice.
