The room was beautiful, and with the lovely weather it made for a perfect weekend away. We live about three hours off, but I’ll be back and would recommend the lodge and its staff. I’d forgotten to mention online that I wanted a lake view and, if possible, a room like the one we had on our last visit. Even though the reception team was busy, two kind ladies there and the housekeeper helped find the room I’d hoped for. They were polite, professional, and so helpful. Thanks to Quartz Mountain State Park Lodge for the great service.

It’s been over a decade since I was here, and I was surprised by how nice everything looked. The lodge is gorgeous, and the cabins were great too. There are beautiful views, good fishing, fun trails, and caves. I didn’t try the pool, but it looked good. The place is really well managed.

Grandma just wanted to see her granddaughter. The room itself was nice, but there was no hot water at all for a shower, and we were still charged the full price. We told the cleaning staff and the girl at the desk, but nothing was done. That’s very unacceptable. We’d like to be able to use Quartz Mountain State Park Lodge in the future, though.

I haven’t even stayed there yet, and this has already been a frustrating experience. After booking, I spotted a discrepancy. I understand mistakes happen, but over the past two weeks I’ve left the manager three messages and haven’t had a call back. The silence is concerning and doesn’t give me much confidence. I hope we can still get it sorted out.

The staff were kind and efficient, and made sure guests felt appreciated. I also found the location convenient for exploring the area. The room was tidy, comfortable, and well equipped, and the warm welcome and peaceful atmosphere made the hotel feel inviting. I’d recommend it for a relaxing, pleasant stay.
