We had a clean room with a really comfortable mattress and pillows. Although it was on the first floor right by the lobby, it stayed quiet, and we didn't hear the nearby freeway either. The insulation must be great. We heard nothing until we opened the door. Breakfast was nice and free. We'd happily stay here again.

This was my second time here, and the rooms were very clean with comfortable mattresses. The staff really stood out, though. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I was especially glad to see the same staff as on my last visit.

We've stayed at this location many times, and the customer service has been exceptional on every visit. Michael, Keri, and Tiffany deserve a special thank you, along with lots of other excellent employees whose names I sometimes forget. We met Clark for the first time on this visit, and his customer service was easily an 11/10.

After a long drive from California to Oregon, I stopped in on Thursday morning to book a room. The receptionist was rude right from the start. I tried to pay with my PayPal business card, but she called it not a real credit card without even trying to run it. When I offered cash, she said she needed to look at all the money in my wallet. It made me feel like she was trying to rob me. After that disrespectful interaction, I felt she was treating me rudely and in a racist way because of my appearance. I chose HolidayInn because I expected to feel safe, but I won't return. I'm going to contact corporate about it.

This is our usual pet-friendly stop in grants. The rooms are clean, with good cheats pillows and beds, and with holiday inn you know what you're getting. Staff are friendly, and the breakfast area is tidy and clean.
